This Act makes amendments to the Liquor Licensing (Liquor Review) Amendment Act 2017 and the Statutes Amendment (Attorney-General's Portfolio) Act 2018, to support the ongoing implementation of the review into the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 conducted in 2016 by the Hon. Mr Tim Anderson QC. This Act makes provision for new licence classes for liquor licensing in an attempt to streamline the current licensing process. |
