Introduced in the House of Assembly |
Payroll Tax (Exemption for Small Business) Amendment | 25 |
House of Assembly | 20/06/2018 |
This Act makes amendments to the Payroll Tax Act 2009 to remove payroll tax for small businesses and amend the threshold for weekly wages at which businesses are required to register for payroll tax and the monthly payroll tax payments amounts.
These changes will remove a major disincentive to businesses, creating more jobs and employing more people, as well as making South Australia a much more attractive place to invest in and grow businesses. |
