House of Assembly | 08/09/2020 |
This Act amends the COVID-19 Emergency Response Act 2020 by extending its operation to 28 days after the day on which all relevant declarations relating to the outbreak of COVID-19 within South Australia have ceased or 6 February 2021, whichever is the earlier. Extending the operation of the Act in this way is crucial for the ongoing management of risks associated with COVID-19 in South Australia. |
