COVID-19 Emergency Response (Expiry) (No 2) Amendment | 124 |

This Act extends the expiry of the COVID-19 Emergency Response Act 2020 until 28 days after all relevant declarations relating to COVID-19 have ceased or 17 September 2021, whichever is sooner. The Act also provides that a number of temporary measures that are no longer necessary will expire on 31 May 2021. |
